	HealthWorld Speakers Network Application
	To be part of the HealthWorld Speakers Network you must meet the qualifying criteria AND sign up for a Speaker Listing ($50). The optional add-on Speaker's Home Page ($100) is offered for those in the Network who do not have a web site or whose web site does not promote their speaking expertise.
	We recommend that you review the entire application form before you get started.
	Part 1 - Speaker Listing

	Step One - Qualifying
	List below Major Speaking Engagements that demonstrate that you meet the following criteria to be part of this elite Speakers Network: * Programs related to one or more of the following topic areas - Natural Health, Alternative Therapies, or Integrating Conventional and Complementary Approaches * Training and/or experience to speak with authority about your topic areas. * Significant speaking experience, such as a national or international conference, or a major regional event.

	Part 2 - Speaker Home Page(optional)
	You can add a Speaker’s Home Page to your Speaker Listing now or skip this section and add in the future. The fees are $100 for 12 months, plus $25 for the initial set up. These fees are in addition to the $50 for the Speaker Listing.

	Step Five - Speaker's Home Page (Annual fee an additional $100)
	The Speaker's Home Page option was created for speakers who do not have a web site or whose web site does not promote their speaking expertise. Linked to your HealthWorld Speaker Listing, your Speaker's Home Page allows event planners to identify that you are exactly what they are looking for. NOTE: Speakers with a Speaker's Home Page may periodically be one of the Featured Speakers on the HealthWorld Speakers Network home page at healthspeaker.com.
	Enter up to 400 characters of text in each data box. Type in continuous flow, separating different items with periods or semicolons.
	Your best promotional Introduction Consider what will be included in the data boxes that follow.
	Titles of Your Standard Presentations List the titles of your most popular speeches or your favorites from past presentations.
	Major Events Where You Have Presented Think of these as references. List the names of the most important organizations that have sponsored major events where you have made presentations. You may wish to note the country for international events.
	Career/Professional Activities Give the event planners an idea of what you do career wise that enhances your ability to address your topics.
	Education/Training/Certification List degree, institution, year, when appropriate. Supplemental training is often equally important.
	Honors/Awards/Professional Affiliations Don't be shy. Here is your chance to brag. Consider that membership in certain associations can be very impressive.
	Books/Tapes/Other Publications List your "products" that show the breadth of your accomplishments.
	Featured Title (optional) List below the titles of any of your books or videos that are in the HWOL Bookstore. If more than one, indicate which one you prefer to be featured. A link will be set up to a HWOL Bookstore screen listing these books.
