The American Society for the Alexander Technique is the largest professional association in the United States of board-certified Alexander Technique teachers.

Qualified teachers train at AmSAT-approved Teacher Training Courses for 1,600 hours over a minimum of three years--a training that exceeds the total hours of most body workers.
