More Semantics! Cytotoxic, Anti-cancer & Anti-tumor

The National Cancer Institute defines these terms in the following way A cytotoxic agent is toxic to tumors in laboratory cultures. Anti-tumor activity occurs if this toxicity occurs to tumor cells in living animals.
