Now, take one more deep breath. Fill your stomach with air first, and then your chest. Hold your breath, clenching your fists and tightening your body as tight as you can. Exhale and relax completely.

Now, stare at the illustration for a little while. Remember to breathe and allow your eyes to be like a camera lens, taking in what you see with no thoughts or judgments.

Now take a deep breath and concentrate on one color in the illustration at a time. Start with the color with the lowest number.

In this case it is the first chakra, the color is red and it is located at the base of the spine on the front of your body. It governs the spinal column and kidneys.

Stare at the red color in the illustration and breathe deeply into the first chakra by concentrating your attention at the base of your spine on the front of your body as you inhale. As you breathe in imagine it filling with red. Hold your breath. Then exhale, actually making the sound of the color red, which is DO or the musical note C as you exhale. Put your hand on the "chakra" and see if you can make the chakra actually vibrate as you "sing" to it.

Now go on to the next chakra, the third chakra, the color is yellow and it is located two fingers above your navel. It governs the stomach, liver, gallbladder spleen and nervous system.

Stare at the yellow color in the illustration and breathe deeply into the third chakra by concentrating your attention two fingers above the navel as you inhale. As you breathe in imagine it filling with yellow. Hold your breath. Then exhale, actually making the sound of the color yellow, which is ME or the musical note E as you exhale. Put your hand on the "chakra" and see if you can make the chakra actually vibrate as you "sing" to it.

Now go on to the fifth chakra, the color is blue and it is located at the throat. It governs the throat, thyroid, lungs, vocal and bronchial apparatus.

Stare at the blue color in the illustration and breathe deeply into the fifth chakra by concentrating your attention at your throat as you inhale. As you breathe in imagine it filling with blue. Hold your breath. Then exhale, actually making the sound of the color blue, which is SOL or the musical note G as you exhale. Put your hand on the "chakra" and see if you can make the chakra actually vibrate as you "sing" to it.

Now go on to the seventh chakra, the color is white and it is located at the top of your head. It governs the right eye and the upper brain.

Stare at the white color in the illustration and breathe deeply into the seventh chakra by concentrating your attention at the top of your head as you inhale. As you breathe in imagine it filling with white. Hold your breath. Then exhale, actually making the sound of the color white, which is TI or the musical note B as you exhale. Put your hand on the "chakra" and see if you can make the chakra actually vibrate as you "sing" to it.

Now it is time for you to play "Be Here Now."

Be Here Now - The Game

Listen to the Game

Live today without any past or future thoughts or fantasies, or as Ram Dass said, "Be Here Now." "Be Here Now" means being totally involved in what is actually going on in this very moment.

Remind yourself that "this very moment" is the only time there is.

Feel your feet on the ground and the clothes on your body. Observe your breath expanding your chest and stomach. Notice the air moving in and out of your nostrils. Listen to the sounds around you. Can you hear the silence in between the sounds?

Notice where you are and what is going on.

Every time you find yourself thinking of the past or the future, breathe into your heart. Remind yourself of this very moment and notice what is actually going on around you right now.
