Psychosynthesis in the Arts
Makes use of various types of drama. One especially used for children, as well as adults, is Creative Drama. In Creative Drama a story is enacted. The story can be a fairy tale, a Bible story or any story that will create the reality of a situation, such as taking responsibility, caring for another, or standing up for one's self.

Drawing pictures, designs and symbols are useful in depicting one's inner life. Psychosynthesis has encouraged many to become art therapists to use this valuable tool to create harmony in the lives of their clients.

Music therapy is used in hospitals or other settings to produce a healing atmosphere. It has been used with, and instead of , anesthesia in some major hospitals. Music is also used to arouse and stimulate the will, as well as to change despondency, pessimism, bitterness, and even hate to joy and peace of mind.
