Cancer...
Just this week I returned for a CT scan following my diagnosis of cancer.
I told the doctors that I wanted to try to heal myself. I have been working
with the Healer Within Methods for several years on and off. When I got the
diagnosis I started doing the practices everyday along with my nutritional
improvements and my spiritual practices. The result of the CT scan - the
tumors are gone. I cried when I told the weekly practice group and everyone
applauded -thank you so much.

Eye pain...
I had an eye surgery several years ago and have had alot of pain since.
My doctors can "see" what is the problem and apparently don't know what to
do. The Healer Within practices, in just a one hour session, gave me more
relief than anything I or my doctors have done since this started.

A whole family participates...
When my dad found the book, The Healer Within, he loved it so much that
he bought a copy for each of his sons - there are five of us. Recently, he
has been teaching the practices to my 89 year old grandparents.

Knee pain...
I have gout in my knee sometimes. After the Wednesday practice session I
asked the facilitator if he knew what to do. He said, "Do the practices".
Then he and several other people talked about how to shift the internal
environment from acid to alkaline using apple cider vinegar or lemon
drinks. But when I walked to my car I noticed that my knee was pain free
from the practice session. I will drink the liquids too, but I was amazed
that my discomfort was eliminated with just the self-healing practices.
