This dialogue forum is for people who are using The Healer Within methods or some other form of self-applied health enhancement practice to improve their health or their performance.

Ask questions about the practices and give feedback to others about what you have learned. Feel free to share home remedies, folk cures, insights from your experience or the secrets of your grandmother. None of what is stated here intended as medical advice and everyone is protected by the constitutional right to carry on a discussion with others. if you have a serious health challenge you are encouraged to be working with a doctor of health care provider who is licensed to diagnose and treat your case.
