You can do this practice frequently throughout the day if you wish. It requires almost no effort whatsoever. Unless you close your eyes during this moment of relaxation, no one will even know that you are doing it. You can even take relaxation breaks in the midst of business meetings or in the company of other people. If you can close your eyes even momentarily, you'll be able to relax even more deeply.
