William Collinge is available to help individuals and organizations in developing their strategy for grant writing and in the crafting of the application itself. He has successfully written grants for funding by the National Institutes of Health, the State of Maine, and a private foundation, and has served as a grant reviewer for NIH and the Department of Defense US Army Medical Research and Materiel Command.

He has extenstive experience with the NIH SBIR (small business innovation research) program application and review process. This includes the new SF424 electronic submission process, PureEdge submissions, and eRA Commons.
