William Collinge, Ph.D. provides supportive psychotherapy and consultation for individuals, couples and families dealing with the following:
William's work employs principles of mindfulness-based stress reduction, insight-oriented therapy, hypnotherapy, guided imagery and family systems theory. He has extensive experience helping people live with the psychological and spiritual impact of illness. He brings a deep respect for all spiritual and religious orientations and supports each person in finding their own way along their unique personal path. He received clinical training at the Menninger School of Psychiatry, the Western Institute for Group and Family Therapy, the Gestalt Institute of San Francisco, the Alchemical Hypnotherapy Institute, and Harvard’s Mind/body Medicine Institute.
