Submissions: We are actively seeking materials regarding
medical practice issues, insurance issues, health care reform, FDA issues,
governmental regulation of the practice of all healing arts and all other
legal and legislative aspects of health care. Any and all articles, press
releases, pleadings, transcripts, books, letters, comments and other
documents are appreciated. Please submit all material via e-mail, or on a
computer disk. We need the name of the program used, and prefer Microsoft
Word or WordPerfect documents. All material is subject to review and
approval. Submissions of historical information on paper are encouraged;
however, the publication of any materials that require data input will be
delayed.
Suggested Format for Submissions: The following is a
suggestion only. A standardized law journal format allows readers to locate
the information they need easily and efficiently. If you have existing
material that is in a different format, such as pleadings, news articles,
press releases, etc., then submit them in that format. If you have a legal
journal article or a law school paper, then your submission probably fits
the requested format. If you are researching and preparing a new document
for submission, please follow the suggested format. Recommended format:
abstract, problem statement, current status, implications, needed reforms,
related issues, bibliography, footnotes.
Disclaimer: This is a legal and political journal for
informational and educational purposes. While we are not practicing law,
we are interested in learning about the legal and political concerns of our
visitors. If you need a lawyer, please consult one licensed by the
appropriate state. Please note that state laws vary, and changes occur.
'Healthy.Net' does not verify the accuracy of submissions, nor are the
opinions and views expressed in the Legal & Legislative Center necessarily
the views of the company.
