PROOF! replies: The study referred to processed food, which is rich in processed polyunsaturated fats and hydrogenated trans fats. The point is to eat an unprocessed, wholefood diet high in omega-3 (from, say, flaxseed oil) and to ensure you don’t overdose on omega-6 fats.
