Leslie Kaslof J. ©

For difficulties arising from a hurried life-style. For quick decision-makers, always rushing from one place to another. For those who are impatient and irritable when dealing with those slower than themselves. They often prefer working alone as others have difficulty keeping up with their pace.

For those who lack self-confidence in their ability to succeed, feeling they cannot do as well, or are not as good, as others. When expectations of failure lead to insufficient attempts to succeed.

For those with specific and known fears, for example, fear of the dark, of heights, of water etc.

For gloom and deep despair that comes and goes for no known reason. For those overshadowed by a dark cloud.

Workaholics. For those who can always be depended upon to complete a task regardless of the challenge. Those who dedicate themselves to the grinding routine of daily work, often neglecting their own needs and the needs of those close to them.

For mental and physical exhaustion as a result of having gone through an illness or personal ordeal.

Perfectionists. For those who are their own worst critic, rarely content with their own accomplishments. Out of guilt they may also blame themselves for the mistakes and shortcoming of others as if they were their own.

For those who worry excessively over the health and safety of friends and family, often anticipating the worst may happen to them.

For panic, hysteria, or feelings of terror and fright. For those troubled by nightmares.

For those who are too hard on themselves, feeling they have a mission or duty in life to conform and live up to. In strict adherence to a religious belief or lifestyle, they may deny themselves life's pleasures in order to set an example for others.

For uncertainty and hesitation. For those caught between choices unable to decide between one thing and another.

For past or present traumas not fully recovered from, for example, accidents, surgery, or personal loss.

For those who have reached the limits of their endurance. When mental anguish or the burden of life is more than they can bear.

For difficulties arising from the over-enthusiastic, high-strung personality. For those with strong opinions, who feel they are always right, and who often attempt to convert others to their way of thinking. They are easily incensed by injustices, and can be tense, up-tight, and difficult to be around.

For difficulties arising from the over-bearing, domineering and tyrannical personality. When balanced, they can be "born leaders" who are strong-willed, confident, and self-assured.

For those experiencing periods of transition and change. Helps ease the process of adapting to new environments; circumstances. This includes but is not limited to letting go of: unworkable relationships, tenuous work situations, uncomfortable living conditions; and adjusting to new beginnings related to the same.
